Dealership targeted in December 2019 theft

During the evening of December 29, Culverwells’ branch in Tenterden, Kent, was broken into with thieves getting away with a haul of chainsaws, strimmers and hedgecutters.

BAGMA Members, Culverwells posted the following statement on their Facebook page the day after the theft: “Last night at 22.45pm our Tenterden branch was broken into by four masked men driving a blue Honda CRV. They cut through locks and then used the Honda to pull open security gates and rip out the shop doors.”

Thieves stole the equipment in an overnight break-in when a Honda 4×4 was used to tow metal security gates open. The theft was captured on CCTV which can be viewed here.
