‘Recruit for The Future’ – BAGMA Seminar

This year BAGMA director Keith Christian will be presenting a short seminar at the show’s Learning LIVE education programme.

The seminar will discuss the need to make jobs within the landbased engineering sector more visible and more attractive. The shortages of technicians is a worldwide problem and the UK needs to play its part in attracting more people to the industry to replace those retiring within the next 5-10 years.
