We’re analysing your membership survey feedback

As members would have seen towards the end of last year, we ran our BAGMA Membership Survey from December until the end of January. From our member’s experiences of BAGMA to our services, our communications, the BAGMA Bulletin, areas of concern and much more, this all-encompassing survey covered a lot of areas and has provided some invaluable feedback that we will use to improve on all aspects of BAGMA.

We closed the survey at the end of January and given its length and amount of questions, we are still in the process of analysing the data and will provide a detailed account of the survey in the May/June issue of the BAGMA Bulletin as well as on our website and in our BAGMA Briefing newsletter.

As a small thank you for taking the time to complete the survey, all members that provided completed surveys were entered into our prize draw where two would win £400. We are happy to announce the two members that were selected are Compact Plant Services who are based in the Midlands and Russell Gas & Mower Centre who are based in Scotland.

Well done to both winners and thank you to all members that took the time to complete the survey. Your feedback and insight are appreciated and will help us to be able to continue to serve our members and the industry.
