General Manager
- Responsible for the overall running of BAGMA
- Over thirty years working in the groundcare sector covering workshop, parts, sales alongside dealers
- Previously member of the OPEC at the AEA
- Lives in Hampshire, seen walking the dog or on the golf course
- Vision for BAGMA – Building and developing long term relationships in order for everyone in the sector to prosper
- Fun fact – Trialled for Watford FC as a Goalkeeper

Richard Jenkins
Business Development Manager
- Responsible for Membership and BAGMA’s service provider relationships.
- Coming up to 7 years working for BAGMA
- Previously Spent 25 years as a PGA Golf Professional
- Lives in Worcestershire, married with two children
- Vision for BAGMA – to deliver the best membership package for dealers in the UK.
- Interests – Sport, Travel, Good food and drink.

Training and Administration Manager
- Responsible for BAGMA training
- Worked for BAGMA for nearly 16 years
- Previously worked for Bira, British Independent Retailers Association in which BAGMA was a specialist division of for 8 years
- Lives in Brackley, home of Mercedes F1
- Vision for BAGMA – having dedicated training centres throughout the UK and expanding our training portfolio
- Interests – Cricket, Formula 1, music
